I thoroughly enjoyed post natal pilates with Kerryn. It was a lovely small group in a calm studio and I looked forward to it each week. It was great to be able to focus on me and my postnatal recovery whilst also being able to bring my baby along. Kerryn is so knowledgeable and made sure to give us individual exercises and guidance in line with our goals for recovery. I learnt how to effectively do my pelvic floor exercises and how to improve my core strength in preparation for returning to running and netball.
I enjoyed having a dedicated time and space where I could move my body and have my baby nearby. I enjoyed rediscovering Pilates again after stopping during pregnancy. The atmosphere was lovely, the exercises were appropriate for my postnatal recovery and Kerryn is just a lovely human. I’m sad that the course has come to a close now as it was one of the highlights of my week.
